Occupy Central Vermont

While there has been little discussion of any financial issues concerning Occupy Central Vermont, I believe it would do us well to ensure we organize ourselves and prepare in the ways that we can, for any financial needs the GA may have. Thus, a Financial Working Group is forming to begin meeting and discussing this topic.
